This photoshoot was done in my home studio using a white background, 2 lamps at 45/45. I used my Canon 550D camera with an 18-55mm lens attached. I used an old fashioned washing basket, blankets & a metal bucket as props.

I no longer use the background that I used on this shoot as it seems to give mottled effect.

This photoshoot was done at Ribchester park between 4 & 5 o'clock. The images were taken using my Canon 550D DSLR with a 50mm lens fitted.

I did this shoot in my home studio using props such as a plant pot, blankets & stuffed toy. I used a Canon 550D with 18-55mm lens fitted.I used a black background & 1 studio lamp at 45 degrees.

This was a only a short photoshoot that I did at the park using my Canon 550D DSLR with a 50mm lens fitted & a reflector.

There were also taken in a close by park using my Canon 550D fitted with a 50mm lens & using a reflector. I also placed a black piece of card inside my uv filter that had a small heart shape cut out of the middle. This made all of the bokeh in the background heart shaped. It is hardly noticable on most of the images but worked nicely on a few.

The heart shaoed Bokeh worked particularly well on this image.

Trying to find a resonable price that reflects the quality of my work is something that I really struggle with. I feel that I can't charge too much being a student but worry that I am saying my work is of a lower quality because the price is low. I also worry that I will struggle to increase my prices as I progress as people will expect the same low prices.

Research - Klaklak Photography

Klaklak Photography are based in Edinburgh, Scotland, they use location as well as studio for their portraiture work. I have mixed feelings about their work, I like some of it but I find some of it too candid looking & not very creative or good quality.

Their prices are lower than other photographers that I have found offering the same services but I still wouldn't call them cheap.
